Diet pills are a joke. There aren’t any weight loss supplements available that allow you to lose weight, burn fat, or maybe tone your body.
Of late, my #1 client hit me with an email asking, “What do you feel of a product called _____?” (Name removed to safeguard the useless!)
Now _____ is a favorite “fat burner”, but let me tell you, I don’t think too much of it (or some fat loss burner item, alpilean fda approved for that matter).
Nearly every weight burner on the market is a glorified caffeine pill. And there really is not one product on the market with a well done, scientific study supporting it is use.
As I told the client of mine, “You understand the secrets, bro: Work which is hard, done consistently, along with proper nutrition. That is all it takes to obtain the body you want” (which he has way too, going from 210 along with 20 % body fat to 175 and single-digit body fat, all while arriving at his top level of fitness ever).
Back to supplements…I’m not confident that there is a single ingredient on the market that is going to have a big influence on the fat loss of yours. Whether it’s caffeine, calcium, pyruvate, chitosan, forskolin, HCA, or perhaps my beloved Green Tea as well as fish oils, I don’t believe you will shed any extra fat if you make use of these kinds of products (although Green tea, calcium & fish oils are able to have a significant effect on much better health).
So it’s time to expose another myth – the myth that a supplement or maybe ingredient can help you burn more calories and fat and help you achieve the body of your dreams. This’s just not going to happen.
Buyer beware, I say. Or buyer be ready, that’s much better. Get to know the reality about these products and whether or not they will do the things they say, or just burn up a hole in the wallet of yours.
