I have been asking myself, “How can I lose weight fast?” Questions are going to lead us to answers. The right questions are going to lead to the right questions. 6. Change my lifestyle. I clean up my fridge as well as kitchen cabinets from all unhealthy foods and fill in with fruits and healthy food. I move throughout the house more. I walk two times a day and drop by the gym 3 times a week. I consume low carbohydrate food and get more fruits and vegetable.
