Have I got the attention of yours?
Numerous people don’t think that the aforementioned statement is true since they do not understand the fundamentals of weight loss.
Reducing your weight is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Put simply don’t make an effort to slim down in 2 weeks that took 2 years to gain. For sure there are diets which promise you are going to lose 10 pounds in two weeks but most of those diets are not sustainable. When you decide to go on one of those diets you will lose weight fast by fasting (Infogram wrote) weight, but it is mostly water, not the excess fat that you would like to lose. Once you complete or even go off this diet plan, and you will because majority of them are boring and you go back to eating the food items that you love, you will gain the weight you lost plus much more since you did not change your eating behaviour while on the diet plan.
So how can losing weight be easy? To begin with you have to set yourself attainable and reasonable goals. Use the SMART method of objective setting:
Specific – establish a target goal for the weight loss of yours, keep to a very small number say two to 3 pounds
Measurable – keep a record of the progress of yours in a Weight Loss Journal
Achievable – make the aim you set something that’s possible to attain.
Realistic – don’t attempt to drop the fat all at once, remember this’s a marathon
