Most homes in the location were created in the Lifeguard certification early 20th
century, though there are pockets of much more current development. The area is densely created – there’s the typical combination of small separated as well as semi-
detached homes and low-rise apartment buildings, while some locations of the Beach feature larger, upscale homes.
