    The 16 finalists will be able to Madden 22 coins tour EA's West Coast studios in Los Angeles and will participate at an "experienceship" through the experience of spending time with EA employees from different departments.

    "We are so honored to partner with the NFL on this incredibly important initiative to bring out the excitement for gaming among students from HBCU schools," GCN CMO Chris Kindt stated. "We believe that our team with long-standing esports experience and gaming will produce an exciting tournament capped off by the excitement of playing during Super Bowl LVI."

    The bye week is in full swing, and though it was a wonderful break for myself as well as players from the Detroit Lions players, it's back to business starting on Monday. I'm gaining a head start by going back to the Madden simulator series. It's typical to run an Madden simulation on Saturday mornings for a look at how the game's video games version on the coming Lions game. In the absence of a Lions game this Sunday, I'm taking an entirely different approach this week.

    Odell Beckham Jr. became one of the top stories this week when Odell Beckham Jr. and Cleveland Browns decided to part ways, with his eventual decision to waive his contract expected to be official on Monday. Naturally, given that the Lions lineup and No. 1 priority on waivers, many are asking if Detroit will add him when those waiver requests are being processed.

    Personally, I think it's unlikely that taking place. Given how the Browns restructured his contract--eliminating both remaining years on his contract, and buy madden coins not adjusting his 2021 salary--it makes little sense for Detroit.
