I really don't think that it's just graphics, I think it's also a factor of RuneScape gold the amount of content already existing in the game. Realistically, RS3 entire has more content and is much more complex than OSRS. Creating something new that will fit in with a meta without being super OP is considerably harder in RS3 than OSRS. We must remember that before OSRS even came out, RS3 had nearly 7 years of updates in addition to it. This is 7 decades of additional articles the devs have to work around to get this content done. While OSRS may have more limited tools, I think they match they are working with makes it much easier for them to output content quicker.

The issue with that being the folks making these shitty mtx decisions go all of the way into the top.Until charge card warriors vote down every decent update that Jagex pitches. Did you last year after pretty much every update the match obtained was less ported from rs3?The largest travesty about Structure and PoH is no dev dares touch it... Mod Jack once remarked on questions regarding a structure rework after the M&S rework had started. Throughout the livestream he said that a structure rework would take TWICE so long as the M&S rework.

And honestly, because RS3 has numerous simple and accessible QoL things that people want in a PoH it likely wouldn't have the exact same impact because it would've had a couple of years ago... Passage of the Abyss to get teleport jewelry & lodestones for easy traveling to major cities, for example.

The things that created PoH"rewarding" at start aren't as good, handy and awesome as they used to be. If a rework ever happened, they would likely have to redesign it from the ground up, while keeping certain basic concepts (rooms & furniture). And just so people can play it for a week or 2 and then need new content . Honestly, how much I'd hate the concept: the only way a Structure rework might ever occur is if it also becomes a 120 ability... Reality is often disappointing

As someone who has played both versions extensively, I can say the only thing that's keeping me RS3 is that the continuation of a few of my favorite quest lines. Everything feels wrong. I am about 95 Runecrafting at RS3 when I know well that if I place in the same amount of time around OSRS, it would really only get me to possibly the high 70s. Portable workbench isn't likely to replace POH construction in RS3 like Mahogony Homes isn't going to replace the old school method of instruction building. There are only alternatives.

The issue is really on rs3 they release a skilling update for building in the form of more MTX, and act like that is fine. OSRS adds real game content for a more chill approach to train structure, utilizing a method the community has asked about for several years. Don't tell me we can not buy construction progress in OSRS with exchanging bonds paid for real cash to resources and rs 2007 gold consequently quicker xp progress.
